The Company was incorporated as a private limited liability company on 10 July, 1992 and commenced business on 12 October, 1992. Its shares were admitted to the official list of the Nigerian Stock Exchange on 14 November, 2007. The company is principally engaged in the provision of courier services, freight services, logistics and general haulage and its wholly owned subsidiary is engaged in freight business.
