Presco Plc was incorporated as a private limited liability company on 24 December 1991 as Presco Industries Limited. Presco Plc became a public limited liability company in February 2002 with shares listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. The principal activities of the company are the development of oil palm plantations, palm oil milling, palm kernel processing and vegetable oil refining.
