The Company is engaged in the business of providing insurance of all classes. The Company was incorporated on 15th of April, 1992 and commenced business on 1st january 1994. it became a public limited liability company on 11th May, 2007. The Company shares were admitted through by introduction on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on the 12th February 2008.
