Crusader is a holding company having interest in Life Insurance, General Insurance and Financial Services Business. Crusader was incorporated on 21st April 1979 and bacame a Public Limited Liability Company on the 26th April 1989. Crusader under the recent consolidation exercise in the insurance industry merged with Admiral Insurance Company Limited and acquired Royal Trust Assurance Co Ltd, Golden Insurance Co Ltd, Refuge Insurance Co Ltd and Trust and Guarantee Insurance Co Ltd.
