Nze Chidi Duru
(Chairman)
is a law graduate of the Bendel State University, (now Ambrose Alli University), Ekpoma, Edo State. He was called to the Bar in 1989. Nze Duru was elected into the Federal House of Representatives in 1999 and played a key role in establishing the Pension Reform Act, 2004. He has served in various capacities as the Chairman of House Special Committee on Pension Reform Bill, Privatization and Commercialization of public parastatals as well as the Committee on Housing and Urban Development. He Chairs several other companies such as Aptics Limited, Correspondence Limited and Grand Towers Plc and is a board member of several others, including First Equity Securities Limited (stock brokers). He is a principal partner in law firm of Moka Mezue Okonkwo and Partners.
Olorogun Francis Okumagba

An ex Banker and Chartered Treasurer with over 20 years Banking experience eleven years of it at Executive level with Oceanic Bank International Plc now Ecobank Nigeria Plc from November 1999 to August 2009, one of the top five Banks in the Nigeria Banking industry between 2007-2009. Also had stint with World Financial Group Canada as a wealth consultant. He is the current President of FMG Platform Empowerment ltd, MD of i-Skill ltd and Chairman FMG Insurance Brokers Ltd.
Alhaji Ariyo Olushekun
(Director)
is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and The Nigerian Institute of Management. He is also a Member of the Institute of Directors. Mr Olushekun is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission as a Capital Market Operator. He holds MBA (Marketing) from the University of Lagos as well as HND (Upper Credit) in Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. Mr. Olushekun has over eighteen years experience of active participation in various aspects of Investment Banking eleven out of which were spent at Centre-Point Bank Plc. He left Centre-Point in 1998 to establish and manage Capital Assets Limited, a leading Investment Banking outfit in Nigeria. Mr. Olushekun sits on the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange as well as on the Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is also a Director of NSE Consult Limited, the Financial Advisory Arm of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He currently serves on several committees of the Securities & Exchange Commission, The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has served in the past as the Director of Administration as well as the Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria.
Mr. Stanley Duru
(Director)
is a graduate of Rutgers University (Newark Campus) New Jersey. He has worked as Financial Analyst for KPMG and Schering Plough. He is a Director of Grand Towers PLC, a Nigerian real estate development and management company. He was awarded a Navy Marine Corp Achievement Medal, while enlisted in the US Navy.
