FBN Holdings Plc is the Nigerian-based (non-operating) financial holding company for the banking and non-banking operations of thr FirstBank Group. FBN Holdings Plc was incorporated in Nigeria, as a limited liability company, on the 14 October 2010, to act as the ultimate holding company for the FBN Group in compliance with CBN Guidelines. The company was onverted to a Public Liability Company on 13 August 2012.
