Ikeja Hotel Plc, formerly Properties Development Limited, was incorporated on 18 November, 1972. It owns the Sheraton Lagos Hotel, a core investor in Capital Hotel Plc (Owners of Sheraton Abuja Hotel) and a core shareholder in the Tourist Company of Nigeria (Owners of Federal Palace Hotel & Casino, Lagos). The principal activities of the company are the operation hotels and provision of catering services.
