Ashaka Cement Plc was incorporated on August 7, 1974 as a Private Limited Liability Company and commenced operation in September 1979. It was converted to a Public company and the shares were quoted on the Nigeria Stock Exchange in July, 1990. The principal activities of the company are the manufacturing and marketing of cement products.
